# Book a Free Potlight Consultation

Fill in the form and an installer will reach out to book a 45 to 60 minute visit. We'll walk your rooms, check ceiling access and your panel, and you'll get a drawn-to-scale layout with a fixed written quote within 24 to 48 hours. There's no charge, and we won't pressure you.

Where we work

We're based in a workshop in Vaughan, ON. We cover Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, North York and Etobicoke.

Hours

Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 9am-3pm. Soffit and landscape installs run April to October, and interior work doesn't stop for winter.

    We source fixtures from Nedco, Robertson Electric, Sonepar and Home Depot Pro. Kitchen projects usually get scheduled within one to two weeks.

    The crew arrives with drop cloths, cutting tools and pre-ordered fixtures. Kitchens take 4 to 6 hours and basements 1 to 2 days. Floors are protected and dust is cleaned up.

## Before You Book

How much does potlight installation cost in Toronto?

A standard six-light kitchen starts at $550 all-in, and a 20 to 30 light basement retrofit starts at $1,800. That price includes LED fixtures, wiring to a new dimmer, drywall patching on removed fixtures and cleanup. Cathedral ceilings, plaster and retrofits cost more, and we'll give you a fixed written quote before any work starts.

How long does a potlight installation take?

Most kitchens take four to six hours, and finished basements take one to two days. Unfinished basements with exposed joists often wrap in a single day. We schedule kitchen jobs within one to two weeks of your quote, and soffit work runs April through October when weather allows sealed access.

Is there a warranty on the installation?

Yes. Every job comes with a written workmanship warranty covering our labour, and the fixtures carry their own manufacturer warranties. You'll get the paperwork at the final walkthrough after we've tested every switch and dimmer together. The same installer who quoted your job handles any warranty follow-up.

Can you work within my condo's access hours?

Yes. Most Toronto condo boards limit noisy work to weekdays, usually mid-morning to late afternoon, and require elevator booking. We'll plan cutting and drilling inside those windows, bring drop cloths for the hallway, and send the board our ESA registration and $2M Northbridge Insurance certificate before the first day.
